How would you describe your experience of the graduate apprenticeship?

We are efficiently progressing towards some good learning outcomes. Bringing skills and knowledge directly into the company (e.g. CAD ) - we are an SME and can quickly benefit from this. So far our apprentices have gained better skills and knowledge of maths, CAD, and mechanics.
