Equality, diversity and inclusion or ‘EDI’ is about how we acknowledge the lived experience of our diverse community in all that we do, promoting inclusivity, embracing difference and encouraging opportunities. We are ‘one University’ with global reach across our locations and EDI is an exciting and dynamic part of the what makes us ‘Heriot-Watt’.

We know that tackling inequalities is a major challenge. As well as meeting our legal requirements we make sure that people across the University community understand how they contribute every day at Heriot-Watt.
