There will be a limited number of rooms on campus for single semester. Please note that the number of rooms is finite and there is no guarantee that an application will be successful.
Exchange and visiting students studying at the Edinburgh campus can apply for accommodation once they hold a Conditional Firm or Unconditional Firm offer to study. Offers of accommodation will only be made once you hold an Unconditional Firm offer to study at Heriot-Watt University.
If you are coming for a full year (40 weeks) you are eligible to apply for contemporary ensuite room in a flat or traditional ensuite.
If you are a single semester (15 or 22 weeks) student you are eligible to apply for contemporary ensuite standard rooms or traditional ensuite.
