Education agents play a pivotal role in marketing UK education and supporting international students on their journey to the UK, and as such are an invaluable part of the Heriot Watt recruitment team.

Heriot Watt has signed up to the UK Agent Quality Framework to ensure that all of our agents work to the same excellent standard to give our applicants an outstanding experience. We therefore expect all the councillors working with us to have completed British Council Training.

For our Applicants Using International Agents

Our authorised agency representatives recruit students to our campuses in Scotland, Dubai, and Malaysia. We collaborate with the agents listed below and they will be happy to provide information about Heriot-Watt University and assist and guide you through the application and visa process. Our Team works closely with representatives from these agencies to ensure they have up-to-date information about Heriot-Watt’s programmes, fees, scholarships and processes. This is done through regular training both on-line and in country.

Applying through an agency is not mandatory. If you prefer, you are welcome to contact a member of our own regional recruitment team directly by emailing enquiry.int@hw.ac.uk.
